When should you change your toothbrush?
How often should you change your toothbrush and how do you know when it’s time? The toothbrush is a hygiene item that in some cases is not replaced often enough. You should replace your toothbrush as soon as the bristles on the brush start to spread out in different directions. It’s the tips of the bristles that scrub and clean your teeth. In order for them to reach into all the small spaces and clean properly, they need to be straight and fresh.
As a guideline, we usually say that three months is a reasonable lifespan for a good toothbrush. Then it’s time to change it. Depending on how hard you brush, you may need to do it more often.
Dia de la Constitución Española and Immaculada Concepción
Clinica Dental Noruega is closed on Friday, December 6 and Monday, December 9 due to national holidays, first “Dia de la Constitución” and then “Inmaculada Concepción”.
Dia de la Constitución Española, Constitution Day, is a national holiday in Spain. We celebrate that Spain had a referendum on the new constitution that was voted through on December 6, 1978. The event has been celebrated and noticed since 1983 when the parliament decided that it should be a national holiday.
Our current constitution from 1978 is Spain’s seventh constitution. The first was created after the War of Independence in 1812 and the current one a couple of years after the death of the dictator Franco. The current constitution with its 169 articles had three basic goals: to consolidate tolerance, respect and pluralism; solve the political reform of the state; and resolve the territorial issue. It is with this constitution that the possibility to have autonomous regions was created. Today there are 17 autonomous regions and two autonomous cities.
