Clínica Dental Noruega will remain closed on Friday 1 November, due to the national holiday in Spain. We celebrate All Saints’ Day. The night before is All Saints’ Eve, better known as Halloween.

Since the 90s, Halloween has become an increasingly popular celebration in our country. It is currently celebrated with various events throughout Spain. The Fuengirola Town Hall organizes the following Halloween festivities:

• Pasaje del terror – Palacio de la Paz: 31/10 between 20:00 and 01:00 Free entry. For the public over 15 years.
• Zombie Survival: 2/11 between 22:00 and 04:00 To participate you must register in advance.

Fuengirola Town Hall is organizing free shuttle buses between Miramar Shopping Park and the cemetery from 9:00-14:30 and from 16:30-19:30 from 30/10 to 1/11.

On the night between Saturday and Sunday, more precisely at 03:00 on Sunday morning, time is set back one hour so it will be 02:00 again. We will have lighter mornings and darker evenings starting October 27. Many clocks do this automatically nowadays, but there always tends to be one or two that need to be adjusted manually, such as wristwatches, the clock in the car, the microwave, etc.

December 13 is a very special day in Sweden and part Scandinavian since, this day is the celebration of Saint Lucia which is a beautiful tradition full of magic and light. Although we live on the Costa del Sol and are privileged with a lot of light all year round, we welcome Lucia with lussekatter with our coffee.

The dental clinic is closed both Monday 7th of December and Tuesday 8th of December. Dia de la Constitución, the day of the constitution, is normally celebrated on December 6th, but since this year it is on a Sunday, the holiday is changed to the following day throughout Spain. We celebrate  that the current constitution was adopted in a referendum that took place in 1978.

December 8th is the Inmaculada Concepción de la Virgen María and it is also a national holiday in Spain.
